Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, is optimistic the 2016 City Budget (APBD) can be ratified through the bylaw and realized in the upcoming January.

It is based on the discussion of priorities and deliberations over preliminary thresholds (KUA-PPAS) that has sharpened by TAPD, thus the possibility of evaluations in plenary session or by Home Ministry can be minimized. Thereby, the time required for reviewing budgeting can be faster.
"If it is done before Christmas, we would make a proposal to Home Ministry for 15 days. So, in early January, it could already be evaluated and be realized," he expressed, Wednesday (11/25).
